An App That Has Appeal

I am a tech junkie, even though I haven't a clue on how any of it came to be. I have probably three dozen apps on my smartphone, and even more than that on my tablet and computer. Some of them are for pure entertainment while others are practical apps that help me manage some aspect of my life. When my husband asked me for my opinion on an app idea that he had, I thought it was brilliant. I know I'm biased, but I told him to find a Singapore app developer immediately, that is how confident I was in his idea for a new app.

He runs his own business, and this app would gain him so many new customers. I may not know how to develop an app, but I know which apps are good and which are a waste of time. I may only have a few dozen that I use, but I look at apps throughout the week and end up rejecting most of them. That is why my husband wanted my opinion, because he knew that I would be honest if it was good or not, especially since our own money was going to be at stake in it.

He narrowed down his search to two different developers and once again asked for my opinion on which one to go with. I looked over both, but I had to go with Massive Infinity after just a few minutes of researching both. I liked the design of the apps that they showed, plus they have several years of experience in developing apps like this. My husband met with them, and they told him they would be able to do what he wanted. That was a year ago, and his app is going strong today. It's one of the ones I use on a daily basis too!

Fast Service is Always a Great Thing

Boy, when you get one thing fixed in your life, another thing happens. I can only chuckle. There is no sense in getting upset about things that you have no control over. If you let that happen, you can get overwhelmed very quickly. There was a small fire in my apartment building recently. That meant I needed to do some renovation. But then, just days later, one of the AC units went out, and some help for hvac in NYC was next on my schedule.

The fire started thanks to one of my tenants smoking in bed. I had heard that cigarette companies had begun putting a fire retardant chemical in all cigarettes to try to stop that happening. And that is true, but that does not mean that there will never be any issues, as evidenced by what happened in my tenant's unit. Luckily, the issue only spread to two units, and no one was hurt. They were even able to get their kids and pets out in time, which made me really happy. It would have been horrible if anyone or anything was harmed.

I had spent the week getting a number of contractors to come in and survey the damage and give me price quotes. Not only that, but I had been dealing with my insurance agents as well. Suddenly, it felt hot while sitting in the leasing office, and I realized the AC went out. So, I needed to stop everything and deal with that. That particular unit keeps my office cool, as well as two other apartments. So, this was not something that I could wait on. I needed someone to come in immediately and replace it, so they did that in just half of a day's time. It was great, and I appreciated the fast service.
